Refund policy

1. WE OFFER 7 DAYS OF HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

Return product has to be shipped by the customer to our warehouse for any kind of Replacement or Refund.

2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Refunds will not be done for used or worn products.

3. Kindly note the Innerwear, and Branded Products Stocklot at Clearance sale categories are NOT applicable for Return or Replacement due to Hygiene issues.

4. All Refunds will be processed after the product reaches us and passes the Quality Check which takes a minimum of 1-2 Days

5. We hate delays but the complete process of Return/Exchange & Refund might take 10-14 Days.

6. For COD orders, a Coupon code / Store Credit will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.

7. Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable 

We incur a loss of forward shipping & Reverse shipping (i.e: Rs 180 per returned order) for our Beloved Customer. As we do not charge our customers for Returns.
